Publisher of online games, Burda:ic, has announced that the Summer Festival will start with the June update in the free-to-play sports MMO “Fantasy Tennis Season 2.” Players can sit courtside with a variety of summer gear such as Popsicles, parasols and poolside attire. Burda:ic will also be handing out free, limited edition t-shirts just for risking a sunburn during the Summer Festival.
The June update will have more than just the Summer Festival attached to it. Some tweaks have been made, as well as three new Gacha sets. You can dress up as many fictional characters like Zorro, Sherlock Holmes and Robin hood as you bust your moves on the tennis courts.
“Fantasy Tennis Season 2″ sounds rather intriguing to me. Obviously, the overall idea of the game is tennis, but you can customize your character with serves, swings, and spells like meteor storms and fireballs. I’m not much of a sports game player, but this actually sparks my interest because it’s not like the typical real life-like sports games that I typically see and hate.
